A new year just started and it’s time for the usual “New Year's Resolutions”.
I want this year of 2012 to be even better and more abundant at all levels that the year 2011.
It’s just as simple as this: for that to happen I need many new things and several new people to come into my life.

When we have a sense that we are not moving as fast as we would like in our lives it is necessary to empty our lives of some old things, maybe even some people, to create the necessary space for something new and extraordinary to enter our lives!
It all has to do with energy flow. It’s how the Universe works.

At the start of this year, I decided to go further and invested several hours of my time creating space, letting go, throwing out what I do not love and/or I do not need in my life. Getting rid of all that we hold "because one day it will be necessary" at the office, wardrobe and everywhere around the house.
In order for us to receive, first we must let go.
I am keeping only what pleases me, which I effectively love and/or know to be important in my life.

I am letting go of the old and obsolete, setting goals for 2012, preparing a plan of action and respective strategies.
Of course I’ll be also putting plenty of action into it (it is action that makes things happen).
I know that the universe will end up filling that newly open space wisely and in an excellent way!

Celebrating life!!!

Today I’m celebrating my 3rd anniversary with 4Life&INT and what a better way to do it then in Barcelona with my brother, Leader and Mentor Carlos Rocha and the 4Life&INT family in Barcelona (Spain)!!!

Today, I thank God for leading this incredible opportunity into my life. I was really looking for a change but didn’t know exactly what. God “showed me the light”.
I guess we can say: “be careful with what you wish for…”

I thank Carlos Rocha for inviting me in such an unusual way, for trusting me to be “the one in Portugal” without even knowing me and also for being such an incredible human being and such a tremendous and inspirational leader to me and the entire INT team in Portugal and the World.
Carlos, thank you for existing and bringing this life changing opportunity into my life and to the life of thousands of people around the World!!!
We are now family and I'll be thankful to you for the rest of my life for all you've done!

One of the great things about being involved with 4Life and INT (International Networkers Team) in particular is that you have family members all over the world.
Last April, I spent two weeks in Africa “Expanding the Vision”, as we heartily say at INT, and had the great opportunity to connect with some of our 4Life&INT family members in Africa (Angola where we had our 1st presentation ever, South Africa and Mozambique).
It’s wonderful to have the Leaders in these African Nations as part of our family.

I do feel we’re bringing 4Life&INT to Africa and at the same time we’re bringing Africa to 4Life&INT!
There’s a huge need for our opportunity in Africa and there’s also an incredible quality and potential in the people there!
I was impressed that many of the same dreams and desires unite all of us. No matter who you are or where you live, each of us wants to be healthy, enjoy a great lifestyle, and provide for the people we love.

Writing a new page in History

I frequently mention during my presentations that we aim at writing a new page in the history of mankind just like our incredibly visionary Portuguese ancestors did 500 years ago: going places no one had visited before and discovering new Worlds!
Just think about it for a second.
They did that against all odds and travelling to the unknown on nutshells.
As they had great vision, faith and commitment, they achieved great things as a team!

We at 4Life, at INT (International Networkers Team) and in particular in our team, have leadership with great vision, incredible faith and amazing commitment. This, along with our unique team work, results in more and more people’s lives being impacted by our products and opportunity around the World every day!
In our daily activities, we aim at impacting people’s lives one by one.
As a consequence, we keep on breaking volume records one after the other.
Last June we broke another all-time volume record and in July we grew 25% from June breaking another record in our organization!!!
This is truly amazing and we do have a great feeling that we’re just starting to write a new page in the History of mankind with this great project and INT’s support and Educational System which is based on Universal principles and values!!!

I firmly believe that as we serve others through the mission of “Together, Building People”, the world benefits from it and our organization experiences great blessings.

Starting 2010 with another record

We must celebrate all the good moments in life!!!
The cork popped out of the bottle of French Champagne as the business volume of my 4Life organization keeps growing and growing and we just hit another record!

We broke another sales record in my organization last November and we just did it again in January growing another 16.5% from the previous record month!!! WOW!!!

We completely flew by 100000 LP’s (“Life Points” or volume points) of organizational volume and We’re now aiming at the 250000 LP’s mark.

I have to repeat that this is only possible due to a fabulous company (4Life), it’s incredible Management, it’s unique and topnotch products, INT’s (International Networkers Team) work as a true family, INT’s top Educational System, our great Leaders and Mentors Carlos Rocha and Dr. Hermínio Nevarez, the excellent and hard team work of my entire 4Life Family (organization) and the great love, understanding and support of my wife Cristina and my two kids Mariana and Tomás!!!

We are on a true Mission to make this World a better place and if we can impact the life of one person our work was already worth it!!!
We keep on impacting people’s lives (with our products and our unique and amazing opportunity) around the World, that’s what we do!!!

Business Growth during 2009

The business volume of my 4Life organization has been growing steadily since I joined the business back in November of 2008.
During 2009 we kept breaking new volume/sales records almost every month which was pretty incredible and surely was the result of us having and using the incredible INT (International Networkers team) Educational System, the hard work from the entire team and great mentorship and support from our uplines and GREAT mentors Carlos Rocha and Dr. Hermínio Nevarez!

This is also the result of the Global growth we’re witnessing at 4Life which results in a tremendous momentum Worldwide for the company and its Distributors!

Funny thing, back in July we broke a volume record in my organization and the Company Founders, David and Bianca Lisonbee, posted in their blog that 4Life had its best sales month ever: http://davidandbianca.blogspot.com/2009/08/best-month-ever.html

Guess what?
Later on in October we broke another sales record in my organization!
And in November we grew 19% from the previous month!!! WOW!!!

We’re getting very, very close to the “psychological” 100.000 LP’s (“Life Points” or volume points) mark of organizational volume which I’m sure we’ll reach very soon!

A bottle of French Champagne is already standing by in the freezer…
…My overall goal for my organization in 2010 and in terms of volume/sales is to reach the 300.000LP’s worth of volume by the end of next year.

Memorable Moments (late 2009)

I had some truly memorable moments in the last quarter of 2009!

Late October 2009 I was in Barcelona (Spain) for a memorable 4Life event with most of the Top Leaders in my organization from several countries.

Overall, there were over 800 people in attendance of the event.
The atmosphere was very, very enthusiastic and every time we have a new event in Barcelona (where 4Life has its only company office in Europe so far) we clearly notice the growth from the previous one.

This was a great opportunity to personally meet the Company Founders David and Bianca Lisonbee (I have met very few people in my entire life with such a heart of service and concern for making this World a better one) and also Top 4Life Chief Scientist Dr. Calvin McCausland.

Early December I headed out to Bonn (Germany) where I was the Special Guest at the 1st ever INT (International Networkers team) Central Meeting there.
I had two INCREDIBLE days with the German 4Life and INT family there!!!
UNBELIEVABLE!!!
The 4Life and INT spirit was present in every single moment.
It was great to be able to share and make a contribution!
I had the opportunity to tell everyone, I had an INCREDIBLE time and it surely was a pleasure and an honor for me to be able to share with the INT German family some of my experience and knowledge.

I do feel that my family surely has grown in Germany with more GREAT people!

My beautiful daughter Mariana told me this week: "Dad, you have to listen to this song! It's about dreams so it's all about you and 4Life!"

A Magical moment in my life

Something truly magical happened in my life on October 31st 2008!

I go on business to the city of Porto (northern Portugal http://www.portoturismo.pt/ ), once every Quarter.
During those business trips I have to stay there for a full week and that last week of October 2008 was one of those occasions.

That day, as I was going up the escalator in a shopping mall, I heard some turmoil. I honestly didn’t pay any attention to it but as I got closer to the top of the escalator I noticed that the yelling was coming in my direction.
I looked back and there was this guy running up the stairs and pointing at me.
“WOW! What’s going on?” – I thought to myself.
I decided to wait to see what he wanted.
He approached and introduced himself as Carlos Rocha, “the European leader of a tremendous business opportunity” that he would like to present to me.
He tells me he was watching people walking by in the mall and when he saw me walking by he immediately thought I was the leader he was looking for in Portugal.
“WOW again”!!!
I was blown away by this and stepped back as it was far too strange of a situation to me.
I tried to send him away but he kept on insisting…finally he proposed to buy me lunch and in return all I had to do was listen to him.
Well, we all know there’s no such thing as a “free lunch”…so I hesitated but ended up accepting (I like to keep my options open and, at least, listen…on top of that, what did I have to lose?).

We ended up spending two and a half hours on that lunch and while I was eating Carlos Rocha was explaining to me in detail the business opportunity. I was paying attention both to his written and detailed explanation as well as his expressions and behavior (we can all agree that, in most cases, by paying attention at a person’s expressions we can detect if the person is being honest or not…so I was observing him all the time looking for signs…).
One thing was clear to me that day: I didn’t know this guy but it was obvious to me that he surely is a dreamer, very enthusiastic, humble and with a “service” heart (he genuinely seemed interested in helping me and other people).
I told them after he was done that this was like taking a “cold shower”!
I was really blown away by all (Company, Company Management, Products, INT and INT Leadership) that he explained to me but still didn’t say “yes” immediately and asked him for a few days to think about it.
He agreed (that also surprised me I as I was expecting to be “pushed” to sign up and join 4Life…but wasn’t) and gave me some material (brochures, CD’s, DVD’s, business card…) for me to check out.

I was really excited with what I was presented!
I got home in no time (despite de 300km distance from home), checked it all out, went on Google to check some additional stuff and was, once again, blown away by everything I was finding out.

I decided to take the opportunity and it’s been a great journey so far!!!
Today, I thank God for leading this opportunity into my life. I was really looking for a change but didn’t know exactly what. God “showed me the light”.
I thank Carlos Rocha for inviting me in such an unusual way, trusting me to be “the one in Portugal” without even knowing me and also for being such a tremendous and inspirational leader to me and the entire INT team in Portugal.

I thank all the friends that trusted me and jumped on this great business opportunity right away.
I thank all the new friends I’ve be making in 4Life for trusting common friends and also joining. We’ve all grown a lot and some of them are becoming tremendous leaders. I learn something new from them every day.
Last but not least, I would like to thank my family (wife Cristina, my daughter Mariana and my son Tomás) for always being there for me, for their support, understanding and patience. They make this dream possible for me!

I feel that:
This is truly a unique project!
This is a project of a lifetime for me!
This is where my dreams will come true!

"I have a dream"

First and above all: I have a wonderful family!I feel blessed because of that and also because of all the great friends that I have!

Professionally, I run my own Consultancy and Training Company (Quatitude) for over 8 years and I love what I do.

One of the things that surely gives me more pleasure is to be able to help others become better both as human beings and also at what they do (Social Contribution).

This is one of the reasons why late in 2008 I also joined 4life (my special thanks to my friend Carlos Rocha who didn't know me at the time, 31st of OCtober 2008, and ran up the stairs to offer me this wonderful opportunity)!
This company is simply AMAZING in my opinion.
4Life's mission is: "Togheter, Building people"!
4Life is a multimillion dollar, multinational company - but it's got a small company feel. "Together, Building People" is really what it's all about at 4Life.
I mean, I’m able to help others maintain great health (costumers) and become wealthier (those friends who decide to join the business through me and my own 4life business website www.jc.my4life.com) and I still make money with it.
What a great feeling I have when they tell me about the results they’re having with the products or the money they’re making with the business! Or both!

I consider myself as a DREAMER!
So, I wrote my dream down in 2008: I dream of achieving financial freedom by December 2010!
WOW, what a major task that is!Some might think, well that doesn’t look the most appropriate goal for someone who says he likes to help others become better each day (there’s a misconception that if you're a Millionaire you must have done something to harm someone…well, not necessarily in my opinion).
First of all, when you achieve financial freedom it is great to have all the money. Sure it is!But money comes and goes (more easily than we all think).One very important aspect is the person I’ll have to become in the process (Personal Development) to reach that dream!And once I reach it, I'll have the confidence that I can do it again if necessary.Also, I’ll be helping thousands of people around the World and along the way (Social Contribution)...and there's no money in the World that can pay for that satisfaction!

Steps:
1st - Personal Development;
2nd - Social Contribution;
3rd and last - Financial Fredoom will come as a result.
